Network

The people your business knows

Network is where your business keeps its people: every contact with its roles, tags, tasks and memos. Read and written in the app, by Claude, ChatGPT, Codex or Cursor over the API and MCP, and by the agents that answer your customers. One network, every reader.

One contact

A small brain per person

A profile holds the company role, the details, the tags and the pending tasks, then the memos underneath: what you noted, what your AI added from a call, what an agent did. Search finds a person by any of it, memo text included, and every reader of the network starts from the same page.

A sample contact, not a real one.

Headless

Your contacts, in whatever AI you use

The network is a plain REST resource and a set of MCP tools. Ask Claude what you know about someone and it calls find_contact; tell ChatGPT what happened on a call and it writes the memo; let Cursor or Codex add a contact from a form, tag them, or fix a phone number. Your website can post a signup straight into the network. The same contacts, wherever you already work.

Reads and writes are scoped per object, so a connector can look people up without being able to change them. Every key inherits the permissions of the person who made it.

Agents

Answers that know who is asking

An agent answering a customer reads the person first: the roles, the memos, the open tasks. Then the facts. So the reply is right for that customer and consistent with what was already said to them, not a generic answer. What the agent did goes back as a memo, so the next agent, or you, starts from there.

Support, follow-up, re-engagement, onboarding: every agent on NOAN works the same network under its own key, and every write lands in Activity with the agent's name on it.

What it carries

Built for every reader, not just the address book

A contact manager is only as useful as what the people working on it can read. In NOAN that includes the assistant, the AI you already use, and every agent, so the structure is theirs too. Add people in the app, by a sentence to the assistant, by CSV, or over the API; with Gmail connected, in beta, emails surface on the matching contact.

01

Memos every reader shares

Free-form notes on a contact, each timestamped and lockable. They are searchable, and they are the context the assistant, your own AI and every agent work from when they act on a person.

02

Roles, tags, details

A contact links to companies with a role, carries editable tags, and holds email, phone, website and LinkedIn. Saved views and a tag filter cut the list any way you need.

03

Tasks tied to people

Pending tasks show on the profile and open the task board, so what is owed to a person and what is happening with them sit in one place.

04

Private or public

Contacts and individual memos can be locked to you. A key inherits the permissions of the person who made it, so what a teammate cannot see, their connector and their agents cannot either.

One network, every reader

Network is on every plan, with the API, MCP and unlimited keys. Import your contacts, connect your AI, and let the agents answer from what you know.
