New Automatic Tags & Transfer Ownership
We've added new functionality to enable you to transfer a project to another user. So whether you're a consultant working with a business or you're leaving a project and transferring to a team mate, you now can easily.
All you have to do to transfer is to head to your settings, select general, and choose Transfer Ownership. Transferring will give them ownership of the product and billing as a result.
We've also updated the way NOAN automatically tags your assets in Create Mode and notes and we've now expanded the tagging capability to include a host of new tags.
Now if you create a newsletter, creative brief of any social post you'll automatically get a specific tag. This helps you better sort your notes and content. But more importantly if you're using Zapier to send content to another platform, when you set up the Zap you can use those tags as ways to sort what content is sent. Similarly any content being sent to Notes via a Zapier integration will get a tag.

Send create mode content anywhere with our Zapier intergration
We've just released a new update to NOAN which opens up a new world of content creation opportunities. With our latest update, you can now seamlessly send your content from NOAN Create to any platform you use for your business, all thanks to our Zapier Integration. Even better - if you connect the unique ID of the content you're deploying on a third-party platform to NOAN, you'll unlock a whole new level of convenience. Whenever you update your asset in NOAN Create, it will automatically sync and update on the platform you're distributing it on.
Here's how it works:
Connect Zapier and elect NOAN as a Trigger. Then choose the content category from which you want to distribute elsewhere - chose from emails, articles and more. You can then set up the destination platform you want to distribute it to, and even add filters in Zapier to get more specific or add further rules on what content goes and when. Â
If you want to sync the content between NOAN and the third-party platform, simply find the relevant unique content ID from the third party platform, and add it in the asset in NOAN Create (Look for the 🔌 icon near the title). Now, whenever you need to update that piece of content, it will automatically sync with and update on your third-party platform.

Create Tasks Automatically With Zapier And NOAN
We've updated our Zapier app to enable users to automatically send a task straight into NOANÂ from their favorite business tools.
By using the Tasks zap users can connect up to 7000+ apps with NOAN to add tasks automatically. For instance this could be new calendar entries or new user leads in Typeform to follow up with. One use case we're loving is Slack straight into Tasks - add a hot word and automatically create a task in NOAN by mentioning in Slack and then work with the NOANÂ Assistant to complete the task.

New AI Assistant Powers - Add, Search & Recall Notes
In our latest release the NOAN Assistant just got another power up! We've added the ability for the assistant to interact with your notes, now your assistant can add, search and recall your notes - all you have to do is just ask it.
The NOAN Assistant is controllable in conversation, so all you have to do is to ask it to interact with your notes or something that could be included in your notes and it will get what you need. Let's say you want to add a note on something for later, simply ask the NOAN Assistant to do it and it will add it for you, what's great is that if it's an idea the assistant will even flesh the idea out for you when it adds the note. If you're looking for a piece of information stored in a note then just ask the assistant to recall it. Remember that whenever the NOAN Assistant is working with you, it's doing so with full knowledge of your business in your Smart Blocks, so you can even ask it to look at your notes and prioritize what it might consider to the be the most important things to work on. When you go to your Notes you'll see those that were added by the NOAN Assistant with an assistant Icon, you can edit these at any time or work with the assistant to flesh them out further. Remember wherever you're working with the assistant, whether directly in the workspace or in blocks you have the same capability.
Connecting Notes with Zapier adds another dimension, because you can zap anything into NOAN you can then use the NOAN Assistant to recall it or search it. So for example if you use a meeting notetaker, zap those notes in and then recall them whenever you need with the NOAN Assistant.

New AI Assistant Powers - Search, Recall & Update Smart Blocks
The NOAN Assistant just got another major power up & we're very excited about this one. The assistant now has the ability to recall and update your knowledge in your Smart Blocks. This is a major step forward for NOAN and the ability to control your company with the help of your superhuman business partner. Here's how it works, if you want to know something about your business that is stored in your Smart Blocks, for instance checking your target audience age, or a partnership rate - then just ask the NOAN Assistant for the information. It will be able to recall this information for you. But what's more, if you want to make a change to the knowledge in that Smart Block, then just ask it to update it and it will do that for you. You can even go back and forth with the assistant in conversation and refine the proposed changes before accepting.
What this means for you is that you can now make changes to your business knowledge within NOAN and that change will immediately be live for the Assistant, Create or Client Mode. This will keep your entire business aligned, and if you're working with a team, then team members will immediately be able to create with up to date business knowledge.

NOAN Connects to Zapier
NOAN's AI Assistants can now be connected to 7,000 apps. NOAN has just launched a Zapier app, so you can now connect NOAN to any of the 7,000+ apps in the Zapier marketplace, create simple automations & pull content directly into NOAN notes.
Because we've just enabled our AI Assistants to search & recall notes, any content pulled in by Zapier is immediately understood by your AI assistant, meaning they can act on it for you directly within seconds.
This is a huge leap forward and gives users even more power to streamline workflows and keeping all your business tools in sync using NOAN.
Zapier connects NOAN with all the major apps entrepreneurs use to run their business, so the only limit to what you can do is your imagination.

Pushing content into notes is just the beginning - we'll add more actions soon, making NOAN the central hub of your small business stack.

New AI Assistant Powers - Add, Search, Prioritize & Close Tasks
The NOAN Assistant just got a major power up! We've added the ability for it to add, search, delete or even prioritize tasks for you.
It works by natural language, so wll you have to do is to ask the assistant to add a task or close a task and it will do it for you in the task manager. You can combine this with other assistant powers. For instance, if you need to list out the required tasks to complete a client SOW? Just upload the SOW and ask the assistant to create the task list for you. Then ask the assistant to add them to your task list, and it'll make sure you have all the detail you need to nail every one. Because the NOAN Assistant always knows the single of truth of your business knowledge via Smart Blocks it can even prioritize your tasks for you every morning. It will give you the rationale of what to do and why.

SEO Assistant In Create Mode
We've added a new assistant to the options available in Create Mode, an SEO Assistant.
The assistant writes highly optimised blog content for your brand. Will consider important SEO factors such as keyword density, content length, heading structure and meta data. Will give you a great article or set of articles to add to your site and increase your traffic.
To access it just use Create Mode and select it.

Knowledge Quality Score
Knowledge is everything. The NOAN Assistant and Create Mode rely on a single source of truth that you define and manage with Smart Blocks.
We've added a new Knowledge Quality score in Create Mode to make it easy for you to understand whether your output is based on a strong foundation. Hover over it and you'll get a tool tip on where you fit against other NOAN users.

Introducing Assistant Workspace
Workspace is a place for you to collaborate with Assistants on those deeper tasks. We’ve added a number of features to make it easier. So whether you need to understand documents, respond to a client brief, work on a quarterly marketing plan or write a grant - Workspace is designed to make it easy.
Here's how:
Full width chat for focus - sometimes you need to get in the zone and focus on one single task and this needs a new approach so now you’re in full screen conversation.
Document upload - in Workspace you can now add extra knowledge to your assistants. Simply upload a document and your Assistant will be able to read it, search it and give you advice and guidance on it. Just note - we’ve limited the file size for now as we roll out testing. What's great is if you need something from a document in any other part of the app - those assistants can access it too.
Tools - we’re rolling out the first in a new type of functionality called Tools. This enables the assistants to take action on your behalf. The first of these is to create, search and close tasks. If for example you have something you need to do just ask the Assistant to turn it into tasks and add it to your task manager.
