Run the NOAN wizard against any model, not just Anthropic's
Point setup at your own gateway with one environment variable, for builders running the agent pack on the model of their choice.
Until now the wizard assumed Anthropic. It verified whatever key you gave it against Anthropic's own host no matter which endpoint your agents were configured for, so anyone setting up against a gateway saw a valid key rejected on a 401 and thrown away, with no run dispatched.
What's new
- Set
ANTHROPIC_BASE_URLbefore running, pointed at your own gateway or any compatible endpoint. The wizard verifies your key against that endpoint, stores it asLLM_API_KEY, and records the endpoint so the fork actually uses it. - Leave it unset and nothing changes: the wizard asks for an Anthropic key and refuses a bad one, exactly as before.
- A malformed endpoint is now refused rather than silently falling back to the default vendor, so a missing scheme can no longer reproduce the old failure at runtime.
This completes work across the agent pack, where all six agents now follow one model setting, including the Python sales deck.
Why it matters
If you already run your agents through a gateway for cost or routing, setup now works with your choice on the first try instead of discarding a good key. Run npx -y @getnoan/wizard@latest with ANTHROPIC_BASE_URL set.
