New onboarding starts by connecting your agent
Setup now asks your company name and then helps you connect an agent first, with the project graph, a website scan and document import as the other ways in, for everyone setting up a new workspace.
Until now, setting up NOAN meant answering a set of manual questions and picking a usage mode before you had anything in your workspace. That put the slowest step first.
What's new
- Company name, then connect your agent. After you enter your company name, Connect your agent is the main path, walking through MCP, the skill and setup prompt, and a full-access key.
- Other ways in, same page. A website scan, document extraction and Go to my project are there as secondary options, with a reminder if you skip agent setup entirely.
- Straight to your facts. Go to my project opens the project graph directly, with the intro video waiting when you arrive.
- Fewer forms. The usage-mode choice and the six manual questions are gone.
Why it matters
NOAN is at its best when an agent and your facts meet on the same board. Starting setup by connecting an agent gets you to that point sooner, instead of filling in a questionnaire before you have seen what the product does.
Where to find it
It is the flow new workspaces see on first sign-in.
