Gmail, Drive, Notion and other direct connectors are retiring

The built-in connectors to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Analytics, Notion and Stripe are going away, because you can now connect the same services through the NOAN API.

Until now, NOAN kept a set of direct connectors to outside services. Your assistant could list emails from Gmail and pull website analytics from Google Analytics, and NOAN held live connections to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Analytics, Notion and Stripe behind the scenes.

We are retiring those direct connectors.

What is changing

  • The assistant no longer lists your emails or pulls website analytics data directly.
  • The built-in Gmail and Notion connections are removed from the assistant.
  • Existing connections to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Analytics, Notion and Stripe are being disconnected.

Why we are doing this

With API-powered asset drafting and delivery now live, these one-off connectors are no longer the right way to bring outside data into NOAN. The same services can be connected through the NOAN API, which gives you one consistent, least-privilege path for both people and agents instead of a separate direct link for each tool. If you were relying on the assistant to read Gmail or report on site traffic, you now drive those flows through the API, scoped to the keys you choose.

Where to find it

NOAN's API docs live at api.getnoan.com. Use a scoped Agent API Key to connect the service you need.

Good to know: if you connect any outside services through Zapier, those connections are unaffected and keep working as before.
