How a glamping business unlocked a new level of productivity with NOAN

Sit down with Sarah Dale and you’ll find a trait that is vital to any entrepreneur - drive. That same trait had helped her get to the top of the media world, resulting in a a career leading sales for some of the world’s biggest media and technology companies. But like many people stuck in a corporate life she knew she wanted the freedom to build something herself.

Lots of people know the feeling, you’re sat in a grey corporate office and you realize you need there’s more out there and it’s time to go it alone. But many – too many – never make the leap. Sarah did, she jumped and founded The Canvas Experience - a mobile glamping business.

It was at this point that she hit an immutable wall that all entrepreneurs struggle with: there’s only 24 hours in the day.

On the surface running a mobile glamping business seems easy, buy some tents, rent them - but it's a lot more complex than that. From inventory management to website building, content creation, newsletter development and execution, empty cart emails, business partnerships - the list of elements needed to building the business just goes on.

From her base in Westchester, New York, working with her husband Gavino, Sarah began to build the foundations of a glamping business that she had in her mind for a long time. Those first few weeks and months were overwhelming – Sarah was left with the feeling that she always needed to be doing two things at once. Finding NOAN was an unlock that enabled her to do just that, as she explains: 'For a solopreneur or founder like me - it’s that co-worker that you wish you had to brainstorm with'.

It’s creating more value in my company because I’m able to offer so much more — newsletters, memberships etc. that I simply couldn’t have pulled off at this stage... It’s just the easiest and fastest way to clone yourself!

Entrepreneurial life can be isolating, and too often founders find themselves alone, searching for support but unable yet to pay for the talent to help. By building her strategy on NOAN, Sarah was able to access AI-powered recommendations and new strategy elements that she hadn't even considered or thought possible. This enabled her to then use NOAN Creator to put those strategy elements into practice. 'It’s creating more value in my company because I’m able to offer so much more — newsletters, memberships etc. that I simply couldn’t have pulled off at this stage'.

Through building and deploying her business strategy on NOAN, Sarah has unlocked a new layer of value and growth. She has advice for any entrepreneurs or small teams looking to launch a new business or grow an existing one with NOAN, 'I’d say don’t put it off. You have 300 things on your plate every day and it can be hard to put aside time to get everything out of your head into NOAN. But if you make it the priority, everything else gets easier. It’s just the easiest and fastest way to clone yourself!'
