We build for our people
Our people are everything, both the people in our team here at NOAN or the people who are our users. Everything we do needs to deliver the best for them all. From the way we design and develop our products to the way we communicate, we want to build a company that delivers the highest level of satisfaction. If something doesn’t work for one of those two parties, we’re not doing it.
We know family matters
Whether it’s our family at NOAN, the family of our employees, or the family of our users. We founded NOAN on the belief that the right work life balance is everything, if our kids need us you’ll find us knee deep in lego or out and about. It matters to us as founders because we recognize that as soon as you lose that - then it’s not worth working.
We work to live
We believe in the company we’re building and the power it has to change the way that people build and run businesses. NOAN should make life easier for our users, it should give them the time back they need to live the way they want. Yes that’s family, but it’s also the other aspects of living that make working worthwhile. We want our employees to live this way too, we surf, we bike, we run - we want our team to have the time to do the things they love. It helps take care of our mental health, and it makes us better at what we do.
We believe context creates clarity
In communications context is king. We believe it’s one of the most important aspects of our business, we need to give our users the right context so they can make the right decisions for their business. And when we’re making decisions with our business we want our employees and users to have the right context for why we’re making those decisions.
We are a global company, with a global mindset
The world gets more connected every day, we aim to embrace that connection. We want our product to work for everyone everywhere, this means using the latest technology to remove barriers created by language and distance. We also want to connect humans, such as a user in New Zealand with world class knowledge in New York. This philosophy also translates to how we work - we were founded remotely during the pandemic, our products developed with a remote team, we embrace the remote work ethos because it gives us time back to live the life we want.
