Getting Started with Build Mode

Build Mode is your strategic playground, where you can develop, assess, and refine your business strategy using our AI-powered workflows. It's organized into two main components: Blocks and Stacks.

• Blocks: These are individual strategy development units within NOAN. Each Block focuses on a specific aspect of your business strategy, such as market analysis, financial planning, or content strategy.

• Stacks: Stacks are collections of Blocks organized by theme or business function. They provide a structured approach to strategy development, ensuring you cover all critical areas of your business.

Navigating to Build Mode

1. Log in to your NOAN account.
2. On the navigation, locate and click on the "Build Mode" option.
3. You'll be presented with an overview of available Stacks. Select a Stack to begin or continue building your strategy.

Using Blocks within Build Mode

Blocks are the building blocks of your strategy. Here's how to use them:

1. Select a Block: Within a Stack, choose a Block that corresponds to the area of your strategy you wish to develop.

2. Input Information: Some Blocks will prompt you for specific information about your business. Fill in the details as accurately as possible to ensure the AI generates relevant and actionable insights. These are blocks which are basic factual information.

3. AI Assistant: Utilize the AI General Assistant feature within the Block for additional guidance or suggestions. This can help refine your inputs and enhance the quality of your strategy. They understand all your business knowledge, the wider world and also the context of what you are working on right now.

4. Generate Strategy: Many blocks will enable you to generate strategy via the "Generate" button. Select a model and the AI will process your information and provide a tailored strategy output.

5. Review and Refine: Examine the AI-generated strategy. You can make adjustments, ask for further AI assistance, or add your insights to refine the strategy further.

Organizing Your Strategy with Stacks

Stacks help you maintain a holistic view of your business strategy. Here's how to effectively use Stacks:

1. Choose a Relevant Stack: Start with a Stack that aligns with your immediate strategic priorities, such as Brand, Content, or Growth.

2. Complete Each Block: Work through the Blocks within the Stack, ensuring you cover all aspects of that particular area of your business.

3. Inter-Stack Navigation: Once you've completed a Stack, move on to another Stack that addresses a different area of your business. This ensures a comprehensive strategy development process.

4. Review Overall Strategy: After completing Blocks across different Stacks, review your overall strategy to ensure coherence and alignment across all business functions.

• Start with a Clear Goal: Know what you aim to achieve with your strategy to guide your use of Blocks and Stacks effectively.
